Chunky Chicken Vegetable Soup

lima beans, carrots, broccoli what ever you pref

Italian salad dressing mix

Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in large sauce pan until browned. Add broth, water, vegetables and salad
dressing mix. Bring to a boil - reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are cooked, about 10 minutes.
Stir in rice and parsley, remove from heat and let stand another 10 minutes.
