Broccoli Salad

broccoli
fresh, cut in bite size pieces

bacon
cooked and crumbled

red onion
finely chopped
1/2
cup
mushrooms
fresh, cleaned and sliced
1/2
cup
cauliflower
fresh, cut in bite size pieces
1/2
cup
peas
frozen, thawed
1
cup
cashews
Dressing
1
cup
mayonnaise
1/2
cup
sugar
2
tsp
wine vinegar
Mix mayo, sugar and vinegar for dressing and chill well.
Toss remaining ingredients, except for the bacon, then add dressing. Toss and chill.
Just before serving add bacon topping.
