Funnel Cakes

Heated fat Heavy deep sauce pan
1 egg beaten
2/3 cup milk
1 1/4 cup flour
2 Tbl sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Beat milk with eggs, blend in dry ingredients. Heat fat in fry pan or cooker until 375 degrees. Pour mixture through funnel into fry pan using a circular motion to form cakes. Brown, turn over and fry until brown. Drain on paper towel, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
