Glaze

brown sugar
light, packed

margarine

vanilla
Spray 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray.
Mix together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla, in large bowl and set aside. Mix together flour, cinnamon, baking
soda, and salt. Add to oil mixture and mix well. Add apples and nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
Glaze:
Mix all glaze ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Prick holes in cake with fork and pour hot glaze over cake.
