peaches
fresh, sliced

Bake pie shell. Combine sugar, peaches, butter, salt & cornstarch. Cook over very low heat, as juice from
peaches will thicken. Cook until peaches look transparent and are soft. Add lemon juice. Pour into baked
pie shell, when cool cover top of pie with whipped cream and sprinkle with coconut.
