Potato and green beans with sherry vinaigrette

Dressing

Olive Oil
extra virgin

Dressing
Whisk together in small sauce pan, olive oil, sherry vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Heat, stirring until warm.
Pour over potatoes, scallions and green beans.
