Sourdough Bread

2 cups Sourdough starter
1/4 cup crushed ice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sweetener sugar, honey, molasses
2 cups bread flour

Mix together ingredients to a firm dough. Let rest 15 minutes, shape into a round and allow to rise 3 to 4 hours. 30 minutes before baking preheat oven to 450 degrees. 5 minutes before baking lower oven temp to 375 degrees and place a shallow pan of boiling water on the lowest rack. Slash top of loaf and bake 55 minutes until nicely brown. For a crispy crust, mist 2 or 3 times in the last 10 minutes.
