chocolate fudge cake mix

shortening
melted
1/2
cup
cake flour
measured then sifted
1
egg
3
Tbl
water
2
tsp
caramel coloring
optional
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add egg, mix well. Add water a little at a time until the dough forms.
Cover and chill 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Roll out dough to ~ 1/16 of an inch cut into desired cookie sizes.
Bake 10 minutes, allow to cool completely. Fill with favorite filling (like Ice Cream)
