Lemon Meringue Pie

15 minutes Pre-heat oven to 375 8 - 9 inch pie plate
1 unbaked pie shell
1 package Pie Filling Lemon
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar

Easy does it…. Bake a pie crust. Take 1 package Lemon Pie Filling and make according to directions. Pour into baked pie crust. I use 3 eggs rather then the 2 eggs it usually calls for. 3 eggs makes a thicker pie filling and higher meringue. (Be sure to separate eggs) Beat 3 egg whites until foamy, gradually add 1/2 cup sugar and beat until stiff. Spread over lemon filling, sealing to crust. Brown at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
