1 lb sausage
2 Tbl flour
2 cups milk

Fry sausage in a large sauce pan, do not drain. Add flour and stir to make a roux around the sausage. Cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Add milk and stir to remove lumps. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over biscuits
