Preheat Oven to 250

Salt & Vinegar Chips

egg
pork chops
seasoned flour
shortening
Preheat oven. Put the chips in a zip loc bag and roughly crush, transfer to shallow pie pan. Beat egg with
water and put in another shallow dish. Place chop in third shallow dish and dredge in seasoned flour. Shake
of any excess and coat with egg mixture, drain briefly then coat in chips. Let rest 20 to 30 minutes.
In skillet heat enough oil to come half way up the side to 350 degrees. Fry chop for 1 minute per side then
bake for 27 to 30 minutes or until internal temp is 145.
