Spinach Artichoke Dip

350 Skillet and Casserole
8 ounce Spinach
1 can Artichoke Hearts
1 1/2 cup Asiago Cheese shredded
3 Tbl butter
4 cloves garlic minced
3 Tbl butter
3 Tbl flour

Saute garlic in butter about 30 seconds, don t burn. Add Spinich and saute until wilted, drain pressing butter and liquid back into pan. Saute artichokes in garlic, butter, spinach liquid, until dry and lightly browned. Add remaining butter to pan and make a roux. Add milk and whisk til creamy, melt in marscapone and asiago cheeses. Chop spinich and artichokes and add to cheese sauce. Pour into casserole, top with bread crumbs or cheese and bake until bubbly.
