Frost with carmel frosting

butter

skim

vanilla

hickory nuts

egg whites
at least 3/4 cup
Cream softened shortening and butter together
Gradually add sugar and cream until fluffy.
Add in nuts and vanilla
Stir in sifted flour, baking powder and salt alternatively w/ milk.
In a separate bowl beat 6 egg whites to stiff peaks and then fold into mixture
