Everyday Wheat Bread

Wheat Bread Bread Machine 2 lb loaf
1 1/8 cup water
3 Tbl olive oil
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup bread flour
2 Tbl gluten
2 Tbl powdered milk
2 tsp Yeast

Put ingredients in bread machine bowl in the order listed. Set machine to wheat bread. You can add dried fruit, seeds or nuts when the machine signals.
