Lemon Cheese Cake

No bake 13 x 9 pan Refrigerate Milnot overnight
2 package Jell-O lemon
2 cups water hot
1 can evaporated milk
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
12 graham crackers crushed
1/2 cup margarine melted

Mix graham crackers with oleo and spread in bottom of 13 x 9 pan. (Save a few for top) Whip Milnot until stiff, add sugar, softened cream cheese and vanilla, gradually stir into Jell-O (that has been dissolved and let to get lazy in refrigerator). Spread on top of graham cracker mixture, then sprinkle on remainder of graham cracker crumbs.
