1/2 cup flour
1 1/4 cup wheat flour
1/2 cup rye flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter cold
2 Tbl honey
2 Tbl molasses
1/4 cup water cold
1 tsp vanilla

In food processor mix together flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Add the cold butter and process until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Add honey, molasses, water and vanilla. Mix until dough comes together in a ball. Roll out dough 1/2 inch thick. Chill until firm, about 1 hour. Roll out to 1/8 inch thick, cut into 2 inch squares and prick with fork. Bake for 15 minutes until lightly browned on the edges.
