Pistachio Delight

15 minutes Pre-heat oven to 375 9 x 13 x 2 pan
2 cups flour
2 sticks butter
1/2 cup Pecans
2 8 oz cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
2 packages Pistachio Instant Pudding
3 cups milk
1 package whipped topping

1 st layer: Mix flour, butter & nuts with mixer. Pat into pan. Bake at 375, 15 minutes. Cool. 2nd layer: Mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread over cooled crust. Chill 15 minutes. 3rd layer: Stir together milk and pudding until smooth. Pour over cream cheese mixture, refrigerate. 4th layer: Spread Cool Whip over entire 3rd layer about 1 hour before serving.
