Hummus

3 cloves garlic crushed
1 handful parsley
2 large scallions in 1 inch pieces
2 cans garbanzo beans drained
6 Tbl Tahini sesame paste
6 Tbl lemon juice
1 tsp salt
cayenne & cumin, to taste

Use food processor to mince garlic, parsley and scallions, add chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, and salt. Process until a thick paste. Season with cayenne and cumin to taste.
