Takes forever but worth it Every pot and pan in kit
Stuffing
1/2 cup butter
1 medium onion chopped
1 cup celery chopped
1/2 cup scallions minced
8 cups whole grain bread cubed
2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1 Tbl parsley fresh
1 cube boullion
2 cups water boiling
Crust
8-10 white potatoes small
1 rib celery with leaves
1 bay leaf
1 large clove garlic crushed
1 Tbl butter
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp salt
white pepper

Peel and boil potatoes with celery, bay leaf, and garlic, until tender. While potatoes are cooking prepare stuffing- in large sauce pan melt butter, add onion, celery and scallions, sauté until soft. Add bread crumbs and spices, mix well. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water and add to bread mixture, steam, covered 15 minutes over low heat. When potatoes are tender drain and mash. Melt butter and cream together - do not boil. Add to potatoes with salt and pepper to taste. Spread stuffing in 13 x 9 pan, frost with mashed potatoes. Bake 30 to 45 minutes until potatoes are a golden crust. Serve with Mushroom Cream Gravy
