Barbequed Steak

1 1/2 hours Preheat oven to 350 Roasting pan
2 lb round steak tenderized
1/2 tsp salt & pepper
2 Tbl shortening
1/3 cup onions minced
1/3 cup celery
2 Tbl brown sugar
2 tsp mustard
2 Tbl Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
1 can tomato soup

Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper, tenderize and cut into serving size pieces. Brown in skillet with shortening, onion and celery. Remove steak to roasting pan. Add remaining ingredients to skillet and mix well, pour over steak. Bake covered 1 1/2 hours at 350 until tender.
