onions
minced

celery

brown sugar

mustard

Worcestershire sauce

lemon juice

tomato soup
Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper, tenderize and cut into serving size pieces. Brown in skillet with
shortening, onion and celery. Remove steak to roasting pan. Add remaining ingredients to skillet and mix well,
pour over steak. Bake covered 1 1/2 hours at 350 until tender.
