Preheat oven to 350
9x13 pan

Crescent rolls (8 ea)
do not separate

ounces
cream cheese
1
tsp
vanilla
1
cup
sugar
1
egg
separated
1/4
cup
brown sugar
1/2
cup
nuts
chopped
Press packages of Crescent rolls onto bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix together cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and
egg yolk, spread over top of crescent rolls. Beat egg white until frothy, spread over cream cheese layer.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, refrigerate when cool
