2 cans garbanzo beans
3 cloves garlic crushed
1/2 cup scallions minced
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 dash black pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs beaten
3 Tbl tahini optional
3 Tbl flour

Mash chickpeas into paste -use food processor- combine with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate 1 hour. With floured hand form into 1 inch balls. Dredge in flour and deep fry. To assemble the sandwich, place 2 falafel in half a pita, smash lightly, add some salad and dress with oil and vinegar or ranch dressing. Enjoy!
