Crush tomatoes, but do not pulverize. Crush bouillon cube and blend with basil, parsley, pepper and
tomatoes. Sauté garlic in olive oil over medium heat until white, do not brown. Add tomato blend, bring to a
simmer. Add tortellini and cook to desired texture. Bring cream to slow boil in heavy non-aluminum skillet. Add
tomato sauce and parmesan cheese, stir well. Divide among 4 plates. Top with cheese and parsley.
