Tortellini De Farni

10 ounces Tortellini Cheese
10 ounces Tortellini Spinach
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic crushed
2 cups tomatoes crushed
1 cube chicken bouillon
4 tsp basil
2 tsp parsley fresh, chopped
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cups heavy whipping cream
4 Tbl Parmesan grated
Parmesan to pass
parsley for garnish

Crush tomatoes, but do not pulverize. Crush bouillon cube and blend with basil, parsley, pepper and tomatoes. Sauté garlic in olive oil over medium heat until white, do not brown. Add tomato blend, bring to a simmer. Add tortellini and cook to desired texture. Bring cream to slow boil in heavy non-aluminum skillet. Add tomato sauce and parmesan cheese, stir well. Divide among 4 plates. Top with cheese and parsley.
