Side Dish (Potato )

Parsley Potatoes

2 lb Potatoes cut into 2 inch pieces
1/2 cup margarine melted
3 Tbl parsley

Peel potatoes and boil until tender. Drain. Combine oleo with parsley, and gently toss over potatoes. Serve immediately, or keep warm in oven until serving.
