Coc Au Vin

2 Chicken Breasts cut in strips
1 lb mushrooms fresh, sliced
1 cup Sauvignon Blanc
butter
2 cup flour
1 Tbl thyme
1 tsp white pepper
1 Tbl Marjoram

Mix flour, thyme, pepper and marjoram in a plastic bag, add sliced chicken and shake. Put in fridge till sticky. Cook mushrooms in butter till they release liquid. Add chicken and sauté. Pour in wine on the side (not over the chicken) simmer until chicken is cooked. Serve over rice or noodles.
