Shapiro s Chocolate Cheese Cake

unsweetened chocolate

Chocolate curls
In large mixing bowl beat together the cream cheese & sugar until combined. Stir together cocoa powder
and hot water, let cool. Add eggs one at a time beating until smooth. Add melted chocolate and
cocoa/water to cream cheese mixture. Beat until smooth. Pour into spring form pan that has crust of
grahams, butter and sugar. Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until center is set. Cool 15 minutes, Loosen crust
from sides of pan and cool 30 minutes longer. Cool completely. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Top with
whipped cream and chocolate curls.
