Butter Dips

15 - 20 minutes Pre-heat oven to 450 round cake pan
1/3 cup butter
2 1/4 cup flour
1 Tbl sugar
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
1/4 cup additional butter

Use 1/3 cup butter melted to cover bottom of round pan. Sift dry ingredients, add milk, knead 10 times. Flatten on floured surface to pan size. Cut in strips (approximately 8) place in pan. Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over top and bake 15 -20 minutes at 450 or until light brown.
