Hoopus House Cookies

10 minutes Pre-heat oven to 375
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup nuts chopped
25 - 30 Graham crackers

Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place graham crackers side by side on foil until pan is full. Boil butter and sugar over medium heat for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add nuts. Pour mixture over crackers. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool only slightly. Remove from foil and place on waxed paper. If you wait too long they are too hard to get off the foil.
