In the Pan Crust

10 - 15 minutes Pre-heat oven to 400 pie pan
2 cups flour
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup vegetable oil
3 Tbl milk

Put flour, sugar & salt in bottom of pie pan. Combine oil & milk. Pour over flour mixture, stir until well mixed. Press pie mixture in pan and up the sides. Prick pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes. Browns quickly.
