cinnamon

grated
Grease jelly roll pan. Beat egg whites until foamy, add orange juice. Mix in sugar, cinnamon, ginger &
orange rind. Stir in bugles and nuts. Put on pan and bake 45 - 50 minutes. (Stir every 15 minutes) Store in
tight container.
