Soften cheese, add diced beef and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Shape into 1 large or 2 small balls. Roll
in chopped nuts or top with nuts. (can replace horseradish with 1 tsp hot mustard and dried onion with 1/4
cup diced fresh onion)
