65 minutes Pre-heat oven to 425 pie pan
1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
1 Tbl butter softened
12 slices bacon
4 eggs
2 cups whipping cream
3/4 tsp salt
dash nutmeg
dash sugar
dash cayenne
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 lb swiss cheese shredded

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Rub surface of unbaked pie shell with butter. Fry bacon until crisp; crumble into small pieces. Combine eggs, cream, salt, nutmeg, sugar, cayenne, pepper; beat just long enough to mix thoroughly. Sprinkle pie shell with bacon and cheese; pour in cream mixture. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven heat to 300 degrees; bake 40 minutes or until table knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Make 6 servings.
