5 Pounds Creamy Fudge

16 ounce milk chocolate
8 ounce bitter chocolate
1 pint marshmallow cream
2 cups nuts chopped
3 Tbl vanilla
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 14 oz can evaporated milk
1/3 cup butter

Melt butter, add sugar, milk, and bring to a boil. Stirring constantly. Bring to soft ball stage when tested in water. Pour over chocolate, marshmallow, nuts & vanilla. Stir until melted and mixed. Spread on butter cookie sheet until cooled. Cut into squares. Make 75 pieces.
