1 hour Pre-heat oven to 350 13 x 9 x 2 casserole
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
dash salt
smidgen nutmeg & cinnamon
4 - 5 cups milk
1 loaf bread day old
raisins
pats butter

Cream eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla. Add milk. Add bread that has been torn into medium size pieces. Stir. Add raisins … pour into pan and sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon, dot with butter pats. Bake at 350 degrees until knife inserted comes out clean… about 1 hour. Do not cover.
