1 lb macaroni
2 cups milk
3 egg yolks
2 lb velveeta
Cook Macaroni to desired doneness.
Scald milk and temper egg yolks. Add egg yolk mixture to remaining milk. Whisk in cheese until melted.
Correct seasonings. Drain macaroni and place in greased metal pan. Coat with cheese mixture and smoke.
