Pork and Greens

Lidded Skillet
kale chopped
Collard Greens chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
2 Tbl Olive Oil
1 lb Pulled Pork
Warm olive oil and garlic in a skillet with a lid. Add chopped Kale and or Collards. Saute until covered with oil.
Season with salt and pepper and cover. Cook stirring occasionally until tender. Add pulled pork and stir to
heat through.
