Lima Bean Casserole

Pre-heat oven to 350

Lima beans
frozen

mushroom soup

sour cream

water chestnuts

onion soup

margarine

wheat chex
Cook lima beans and broccoli according to package directions. Drain. Place broccoli on bottom of dish.
Place lima beans next. Cover with can of mushroom soup. Add sour cream followed by the can of water
chestnuts. Add dry onion soup mix by sprinkling over the top. In another pan melt stick of margarine and stir
in the 3 cups of wheat chex. Take the wheat chex/margarine and sprinkle over top of vegetables. Cover
loosely with foil and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until crisp.
