Praline Cheesecake

40 minutes Pre-heat oven to 350 Spring form pan
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp butter melted
3 8 oz cream cheese
1 1/4 cup brown sugar dark
2 Tbsp flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup Pecans chopped
maple syrup
pecan halves

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press into bottom of 9 inch spring form pan. Bake at 350 for10 minutes. Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour at medium speed until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Add vanilla and pecans. Pour over crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes and then at 250 for 30 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan, but let cool before removing rim. Chill. Brush with maple syrup and top with pecan halves. Makes 10 - 12 servings.
