Brussel Sprouts - Pan Roasted

Skillet with Lid
1 lb brussel sprouts fresh
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Olive Oil
Trim and halve the brussel sprouts. Heat oil in skillet with lid. Brown sprouts in skillet. Mix water, salt and
pepper in a measuring cup and add when the sprouts are the desired brownness. Cover and turn off heat.
Allow to steam until done, about 5 minutes. Serve with Balsamic Vinegar.
