Quiche Filling - Spinach Feta

Saute Pan
Fills two pies
1 box frozen spinach
1 cup onion chopped
1 cup feta cheese crumbled
Olive Oil
Saute onion in olive oil add spinach and cook until most of the moisture is gone, you can also press and drain.
Toss in cheese and divide between two pie shells.
