Chicken Soup

1 lb chicken cooked
1 cup Carrots sliced
1 cup celery sliced
1 cup onion diced
1 tsp parsley crushed
1 tsp sage crushed
1 tsp thyme crushed
1/2 tsp Rosemary crushed
2 bay leaves
2 Tbl chicken bouillon
Olive Oil
salt and pepper
1 lemon zested and juiced
1/8 tsp garlic powder

Cook chicken and set aside. I like to use ground chicken. Saute the carrots, celery and onion in olive oil, add the herbs and spices as well as the boullion. Stir to combine. Return chicken to pot and add water to desired brothiness - 8 cups. Stir in lemon zest and juice to taste. Season, simmer until delicious.
