Spicy Peanut Sauce

2 Tbl vegetable oil
2 tsp chili flake
3 cloves garlic pressed
1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 tsp rice vinegar

In an small saucepan, warm oil, chili flake and garlic until fragrant. Stir in peanut butter and vinegar until smooth. Serve with Satay.
