1 cup heavy whipping cream or half and half
8 ounces Mexican Melting Cheese cubed
2 ounces Jalapeno Melting Cheese cubed
1 Tbl distilled vinegar
1 Tbl jalapeno pepper juice
1 Tbl jalapeno peppers diced

Heat cream in a heavy saucepan over medium high heat, stir in cheese until melted. Add remaining ingredients. Enjoy with chips!
