Sauce (Dip )

Black Olive Tapenade

Food Processor
1/3 cup pine nuts
1 1/2 cups kalamata olives pitted
1/2 cup salt cured black olives pitted
3 Tbl capers drained
2 anchovy fillets rinsed & dried
1/2 clove garlic
1/4 cup Olive Oil

Process nuts until they form a butter, scrape the bowl to move them to the blade. Add all remaining ingredients except oil and process until finely chopped, scrape half way through. Stir in olive oil and enjoy.
