350 Double Boiler and Cookie Parchment Paper
1 cup sugar
5 Tbl butter
2 Tbl honey
3 Tbl white cooking wine
2 tsp baking soda
3 eggs
3 cups flour
16 ounces sour cream
1 cup sugar
vanilla
walnuts

Mix sugar, butter, honey, wine and soda in a double boiler and melt. Lightly beat eggs and slowly stir into mixture in double boiler. Add 2 1/2 cups of flour. Mix well and allow to warm in double boiler about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove dough to floured work surface and allow to cool. Knead in remaining flour until dough is no longer sticky. (the dough is not scared of flour so you can add as you need to) Divide until 8 balls and roll out to the size of a medium pizza, as thin as possible. Sprinkle both sides with flour and bake 5-7 minutes, until dough is a light brown. Remove from oven, run spatula under piece to separate from parchment and trim to desired size and shape. Save trimmings, allow to cool. Beat together sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Use 4 Tablespoons of cream between each layer of cake. Frost sides and top with remaining cream and top with chopped walnuts and crumbled trimmings.
