Goat Milk Pudding

1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbl cornstarch or 4.5 Tbl Clear Jel
1/4 tsp salt
2 cup goat milk pasturized
3 eggs beaten
2 Tbl butter
Combine Sugar, Cornstarch and salt in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Slowly add milk stirring
constantly and bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and temper eggs by slowly adding small
amounts of milk mixture to beaten eggs until they are the same temperature as the milk, stir egg mixture into
milk mixture. Put back on heat and cook 2 more minutes stirring constantly.
Add butter and vanilla or bananas.
