Italian Beef

2 hours Dutch oven
1 3 lb chuck roast
1 handful oregano
3 medium onions sliced
3 cubes beef bouillon
Olive Oil

Brown chuck roast in olive oil. Add water to cover. Add bullion, oregano and onions. Cover and simmer until beef pulls apart easily. Remove meat from pan and pull apart in long strands. Return to pan and heat. Serve on hot hoagie rolls.
