Lemon Butter

2 sticks butter
1 lemon
Slice half of lemon and set aside. Slowly melt butter in a small sauce pan and squeeze in the juice from the
other half of the lemon, stir. Add the lemon slices and simmer 3 minutes. Pour into individual dipping dishes
and garnish with lemon wedges.
