2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup lemon juice fresh
12 Tbl butter unsalted
2 cups parmesan grated
2 tsp lemon zest
pinch nutmeg
salt & pepper to taste

While cooking a pound of fettuccine to desired tenderness… Stir 2 cups of cream and lemon juice in a large heavy skillet to blend. Add butter and cook over medium heat just until butter melts, stirring occasionally, remove from heat and add pasta. Toss to coat, then add remaining cream, parmesan cheese, lemon zest, nutmeg and salt and pepper. Toss pasta mixture over low heat just until the sauce thickens about 1 minute. Serve and enjoy
