Garlic Fluff

Immersion Blender
1 head garlic
3 cups vegetable oil
1 Tbl salt
1/2 cup lemon juice

Mash garlic and salt to a paste. Add garlic mixture and lemon juice to tall sided container and blend until very well combined. While blending slowly add oil until the consistancy of Mayonaise.
